Contents from your yellow-topped bins are sorted and baled at the RRRC and sold for reprocessing.

You can place the following items in your yellow-topped bin

  • All plastic containers and plastic wraps (empty with lids off)
  • All glass and ceramics (whole & broken)
  • All paper, junk mail, glossy magazines & cardboard products (empty)
  • All metals such as steel & aluminium including aerosol cans
